Connection with women who understand.

Spend a meaningful day with other professional women who know what it’s like to carry responsibility, pursue excellence, and want more from life.

Professional women gathered at a Harmonized Healer event.

What if your next chapter wasn’t about accomplishing more, but finally experiencing more of the life you’ve worked so hard to create?

You’ve spent years building your career, achieving goals, supporting others, and becoming the woman everyone can depend on.

But somewhere along the way, when did you stop making yourself a priority?

In just one focused day, you’ll work toward:

Clarity: Identify what you truly want at this stage of your life.

Alignment: Recognize what drains your energy and what deserves more of your attention.

Direction: Create a personalized roadmap to approach 2027 with greater purpose and intention.

No overwhelming commitments. No endless lectures. Just one meaningful day dedicated to you.

Everyone sees what you’ve achieved. But who stops to ask what you want?

You’re the woman who gets things done. You lead teams. You make difficult decisions. You manage responsibilities. You take care of the people who depend on you.

You’ve worked hard to build a successful life. And you have every reason to be proud.

But there’s something many accomplished women rarely talk about. You can be successful and still feel disconnected from yourself. You can love your career and still crave more freedom. You can be grateful for everything you’ve built and still want something different. You can appear to have everything together while quietly wondering:

  • Is this really how I want to spend the next chapter of my life?
  • Why does everyone else’s schedule seem to come before mine?
  • When did I stop making time for the things that bring me joy?
  • Am I still pursuing what matters to me, or simply meeting expectations?
  • What would my life look like if I gave my own dreams the same attention I give everyone else’s?

Here’s what I want you to know: you don’t have to be burned out, unhappy, or in crisis to decide you want something more.

Sometimes the most powerful decision a successful woman can make is to stop, reflect, and intentionally choose what comes next.

That’s exactly why I created this experience.

Not sure if this experience is right for you?

Take our free 2-minute self-check. Four questions, no sign-up and no email. It shows you where your day would begin. It’s a personal reflection, not a clinical assessment.

Imagine starting 2027 feeling clear, confident, and connected to yourself again.

Not because someone gave you another list of goals. Not because you attended another inspiring conference. But because you finally gave yourself the time, guidance, and space to answer the questions that matter most.

A renewed sense of clarity

Understand what success, fulfillment, and well-being mean to you today, not who you were five or ten years ago.

Translate your insights into meaningful priorities, decisions, and actionable first steps.

Connection with women who understand

Spend a meaningful day with other professional women who know what it’s like to carry responsibility, pursue excellence, and want more from life.

This isn’t about changing everything in one day. It’s about creating the clarity and direction to begin making meaningful changes.

Introducing Reconnect. Realign. Rise.

Three transformative stages. One powerful day. A new perspective on what’s possible. This experience is designed to move you beyond inspiration and into personal discovery and action. Each stage includes practical exercises, meaningful reflection, and a personal resource you’ll take home.

Stage 1
Reconnect

Rediscover the woman behind everything you do.

Before deciding where you’re going, it’s important to reconnect with who you are today. You’ll explore the experiences, accomplishments, values, and priorities that have shaped your life.

  • Reflect on your personal and professional journey through 2026.
  • Recognize achievements you may not have stopped to celebrate.
  • Identify what brings you meaning, fulfillment, and energy.
  • Reconnect with your personal needs and values.
  • Explore what you want more, and less, of in your life.

Your take-home tool: Personal Well-Being & Priorities Assessment. A guided reflection you can revisit as your life and priorities evolve.

Who am I today, beyond everything I do for others?

Stage 2
Realign

Reclaim your time, energy, and personal priorities.

Knowing what matters is one thing. Creating a life that reflects it is another. You’ll examine how your daily choices, responsibilities, and expectations align with the life you want to create.

  • Where your time and emotional energy are going.
  • Which responsibilities are meaningful and which may need reevaluation.
  • Boundaries that could better support your well-being.
  • Patterns that may be keeping you in constant achievement mode.
  • How to make decisions that reflect your current values.

Your take-home tool: Personal Time & Energy Audit. A practical framework for identifying what strengthens you, what drains you, and where you may want to make adjustments.

Am I living according to what matters most to me, or what everyone expects from me?

Stage 3
Rise

Create your personal roadmap for 2027.

Clarity becomes more valuable when you know what to do with it. Rather than leaving with a long list of resolutions, you’ll develop a personal roadmap that reflects your values, priorities, and vision for the coming year.

  • Defining what you want your next chapter to look and feel like.
  • Choosing meaningful personal and professional priorities.
  • Identifying decisions that can move you closer to your vision.
  • Establishing realistic first steps.
  • Creating a plan you can revisit throughout 2027.

Your take-home tool: Your Personal 2027 Roadmap. A written guide to help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.

What would I choose next if I gave my own fulfillment the attention it deserves?

This is not another motivational seminar. You’ve heard the inspirational speeches. This time, you get to do the work.

Dr. Joanne Sotelo smiling and raising her hand while guiding a session with a microphone

You’ve probably attended conferences, leadership workshops, and professional development events. You’ve heard inspiring stories, taken notes, and left feeling motivated. But how often does that motivation get lost once you return to your daily responsibilities?

Reconnect. Realign. Rise. is designed differently. Instead of spending the day listening to someone tell you how to live, you’ll actively participate in guided exercises, meaningful conversations, personal assessments, and intentional planning.

This is a space where you can stop being the person with all the answers. A space where you don’t have to lead, manage, solve, or take care of everyone else. A space where your own voice, needs, and future become the priority.

You’ll be supported by a professional who brings more than two decades of experience in psychiatry, medical leadership, coaching, and personal development.

You won’t simply leave with inspiration. You’ll leave with work you’ve completed, insights you’ve uncovered, and a plan you can continue using.

A personal message from Joanne

“I know what it’s like to spend years building a meaningful career, fulfilling responsibilities, and working toward important goals.

And I also know that there comes a time when you have to ask yourself what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

My hope is that this experience gives you the opportunity to ask those questions, listen to your own answers, and begin creating a future that feels truly aligned with who you are.

You deserve that time. And I would be honored to share this experience with you.”

Frequently asked questions

What makes this different from other retreats or motivational workshops?

This experience combines guided reflection, interactive exercises, practical assessments, and personal planning. Rather than simply listening to presentations, you’ll actively work through a structured process and leave with written resources you can continue using.

I’m extremely busy. Is one day really worth it?

The experience is intentionally designed to fit into one day. You won’t be expected to commit to weeks of sessions or complete extensive preparation. The goal is to give you dedicated time and structure to reflect on questions that can be difficult to address in everyday life.

Do I need to be a physician or healthcare professional?

No. While Dr. Sotelo has an extensive medical background and many previous participants work in healthcare, this retreat is designed for professional women across industries.

Will I need to share personal experiences with the group?

The retreat includes opportunities for conversation and group interaction, but personal sharing should always be voluntary. You can participate in reflection exercises at a level that feels comfortable for you.

Is this therapy or a clinical mental health program?

No. This is a personal development and coaching experience. Although Dr. Sotelo is a board-certified psychiatrist, the retreat is not a substitute for individual psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or medical care.

What if I already feel successful and happy?

You don’t have to feel dissatisfied to benefit from intentional reflection. This experience can also be an opportunity to celebrate what you’ve achieved, reconnect with your values, and thoughtfully plan what comes next.

Are continuing medical education credits available?

CME credit is offered through a complimentary program. Other details will be distributed during the event.

What should I bring?

Bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to dedicate this day to your own growth. Your workbook and retreat materials will be provided.

A special invitation from Dr. Joanne Sotelo

Texas, this one is especially personal.

Texas has been home to me for 26 years.

It’s where I raised my family, built much of my professional career, formed meaningful relationships, and experienced many of the moments that shaped the woman I am today.

It’s also where I learned that life doesn’t always follow the path we originally imagined.

After years in medicine and leadership, I made a significant transition of my own. And through that experience, I discovered something I want every accomplished woman to understand:

You are allowed to redefine what success means to you.

You are allowed to want something different. You are allowed to create new priorities. And you are allowed to make space for the woman you are becoming.

That’s why bringing Reconnect. Realign. Rise. to Texas means so much to me. I want to create a space where women can come together, reflect on everything they’ve accomplished, reconnect with what truly matters, and begin imagining what’s possible next.

I would love for you to join me.

With love,Joanne

2027 is coming. The question is how you want to enter it.

You can move into another year with the same commitments, expectations, and habits. Or you can give yourself the opportunity to choose more intentionally: more clarity, more alignment, more meaningful priorities, and more space for the things that bring you fulfillment.

You’ve invested years in your education, career, family, and responsibilities. Now give yourself one day to invest in the person behind all those achievements.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.

Reconnect. Realign. Rise.

Finish the year strong. Begin 2027 with intention.
